April Kraft it Up Challenge

So another quick post for me before heading to bed as my eyes are starting to get weary and I can't sleep in in the morning as I have to take hubby to work ealry for a course and then off to the shops to post some orders for Cremen Creations on Facebook and to the bank.

When I finally decide to do some scrappin I usually head to a couple of my favourite monthly challenge sites and Kraft it Up is one of those sites.

This months challenge was to use product packaging in your creation, this was going to be an interesting challenge but worked out OK.

So my layout for this challenge I used a beautiful photo of my god daughter Emily, isn't she stunning, I can't believe she has grown up so quickly and so beautiful. She also has a gorgeous older sister, there parents should be very proud of these two beautiful girls.

So this is my layout

So the products I've used for this layout are

Kraft patterned cs
Bo Bunny pp's, stickers, trim and trim packaging
Prima flowers, resin embellishment, pearl twig & embellishments
Jenni Bowlon Bingo card
Twine

I will of course be entering this layout into the following challenge.

Kraft it Up - To use product packaging on your creation

So that's it for me at this stage this week, I will be back next weekend unless I get my grove on tomorrow and have something to show you. It's time for me to knuckle down though and get some my DT work done and also do some more work on my Cremen Creation handmade flowers and goodies and of course some invoicing done for some very patient customers.

Nighty nite eveyone

Good evening

I hope everyone is having or had a great weekend, I've still got tomorrow to go as mine only started today. Had a great day today, did some cleaning around the house, some shopping, had a great nibble platter for lunch with my husband and mum and then went to the movies with one of my BFF's to see Identity Thief. It was funny and a good movie but not as great as I was expecting.

So onto tonights post, it is that time of the week once more for a new challenge over at One Stop Craft Challenges and it's a colour challenge, to use pastel colours in your creation.

This made getting my card done quickly very helpful as I was on limited time this week due to work commitments.

So unfortunately this week I have cheated and used a pre coloured image, I don't like to do this often as I love my copic colouring but I just ran out of time and day light to be able to colour.

This is my card for the "Pastel Colour" challenge.

The products I have used are

Bazzill & American Crafts cs
WOC & I Am Roses flowers and stamens

Some scrappin for a change

Hey there

So to everyone who's weekend is just starting I hope you have a great time what ever your plans, I still have one more day off work and then my weekend is Sun/Mon.

So last weekend I had the opportunity to go to a crop day with some wonderful ladies that I use to scrap with years ago and it was wonderful to see them and actually get some scrappin done for a change. Don't get me wrong I love my Copics and card making but I do love my scrapbooking but don't find many opportunities these days to do any. So to get the juices flowing I decided to head to a couple of my favourite challenge sites and this one is the first.

White with One - April challenge and the challenge was to use White + Yellow + Sketch, this is the sketch which was to be used.

I've never really ever been a yellow person but I'm actually really pleased with the way it has turned out and I also don't normally scrap myself. I was really lucky that I had a few yellow items in my stash and also a beautiful yellow glimmermist.

The products I have used in this layout are

Prima & Kaiser flowers
Robin's Nest dew drops
SU ink, Stamp set & Pennants punch

A Recipe challenge at A & T Digital Designs

Well good morning everyone

This is going to be a quick post as I'm heading out for a scrap day today with a lot of the ladies I used to scrap with years ago, it's been ages since I've seen some of these lovely ladies so it should be a lot of fun. So this month's first challenge is a "Recipe" challenge over at A & T Emerald Faeries.

The recipe is

1 image
2 pp's
3 embellishments

So why don't you all come on over and join in the fun, as a recipe challenge is always a "challenge" due to being limited to what you can use, well this is what I find anyway.

This card has definately a little different colour wise, but I think they work OK together.

So here is my card

The products I've used are

A & T Emerald Faeries digital pp's & image
Martha Stewart boarder punch
WOC & I Am Roses flowers
Kaiser pearl strip
Lace
Stamens

The Copics I've used are

So as I said this is a quick post as now I'm already running late to get in the shower and ready for the scrap day, just hoping I can get over the bridge as we have a local triathalon happening this morning in town.

Have a great weekend everyone and I look forward to seeing what you all create.
